I need a team.

I have a mic, time and about 80 of the 100 mons or so to utilize. I'll run defense, support and everything in-between.. I live eastern stand time and have a couple spots to practice throughout the week. I really want to strategize with a team instead of solo q because

1. I want to make friends/teammates who like Pokemon like I do
2. Solo lobbies are abysmally scary to even begin to have hope for a game plan when your team feeds the enemy.
3. Useless pings/Passive aggressive

I'm also not looking for drama or passive aggressive type stuff so kick rocks if that's what you're planning on doing. I've also played since launch so I feel like all my gear is up to par as well. I don't mind wherever whoever wants me. So shoot a message or comment and I'll hopefully get rolling with ya.
