What I’m looking for in a team:

I would like the team to have some kind of leader or choice maker at the top, or a good explaination of how shots are getting/being called during a match or at the start of it;
For example what Pokémon should be picked by who
When to show up for objectives, try to snipe it, or when to farm instead

Im fine if there isnt an absolute ‘leader’, but just let me know how teamplay works a bit.
For example: whats most important and what NEVER should be done during a match.

Also, I would like to have a team that can just straight up tell harsh truths from the get-go.
For example; instead of just making me play a pokemon I dont have much experience with, while never stating that I’m doing something wrong and just saying ‘you’re fine’ every time I bring up that I feel like I’m not contributing that much, doesnt help, it just wastes valuable time.

Not just mine, but the team’s as well, because I could’ve practiced with different Pokémon and techniques instead of half play a Pokémon for weeks, maybe months.

So to sum it up, Im looking for a team with;

  • An easy to understand ‘shot calling system’ or a certain set of ‘rules’ what team members should and shouldn’t do during a match
  • Clear guidance and truthful feedback during training sessions
  • People that’d like to join and play in Championships and tournaments at some point

About me

My skills:

  • Can predict 7/10 times what opponents are going to do while in a battle with them (aka where they run off to/aim their moves at)

  • I have knowledge about spawn times of farm, range of moves, buff mechanics and almost all held items

  • I can support my team members by (for example) helping them flee, either by stunning the opponent who’s chasing them or getting them to focus on me first

Experience with the game:
I have been playing since launch and have gotten All Masters rewards each season, except for 1 time where I didn’t get to 1800 points

I have been playing a bit of official five stack for the past 2 weeks, but I didnt feel like that team fit my needs, nor had the actual hard judgement and guidance I was looking for, so I left.

Pokémon and Playstyles:

I often play Speedsters, like talonflame (brave bird) and zoroark

However I also play Supporters and All-Rounders a decent amount of time, like Blissey, (Clefable whenever in casual matches) Azumarill, Dragonite (outrage), Lucario and Zacian (after nerfs, not before)

I could play about everything and try to get better at a certain character, as long as I like the play-style of it enough and get a bit of guidance about what you’d like me to do, for example;
be aggressive or not, stay on pad to defend or go middle bees, etc stuff like that

My main Pokémon is still Brave Bird Talonflame, but I cant currently play it (much) just because of how the current meta is (with everyone having a stun and stuns being so valuable).

Thus in current meta I mostly play Zoroark and in second position Blissey, Comfey, Zacian (tying to get better at Zacian because of the skin)

Miscellaneous

Rank:
Currently Masters 1400+, often ending each season on 1600+ because of there not being any merit beyond that point (in the past after hitting 1800+)

Voice chat preferences:
none, Im fine talking myself and others hearing my voice, as long as I don’t have to literally scream

Availability:
I am GMT+2 (Summertime) and GMT+1 (Wintertime)
And Im either;

  • available from 9am - 10pm (day off)
  • available from 9am - 10:30am (night shift)
  • available from 8pm - 10pm (day shift)
    It depends on if I have work that day, what shift I work and if I work again the next day
    So some days I could go longer than 10pm, but it really depends on my work shift
    I always have 2 free days in the week and almost always 3

  • Voice chat and everything about it is fine for me

  • Availability depends on my work shift but I have at least 2-3 days free for training, each week
