#Make it easier to mass delete tags

Either: - When opening a Tag in the right sidebar, should be able to right-click it and delete the whole tag the same way you can if you open the Tag normally, right-click and Delete Page. - When opening the #Tag page you should be able to right-click any row/tag and delete that tag.

On the #Tag page, when you hover over the left side of the tag name, there should be a checkbox that appears, allowing you to select multiple tags to delete. This is available on any table.
