My first level is usually general content. When the tag is typed here to retrieve here, there is only timestamp + keyword. If the tag table and search results are displayed, it will be better to display the secondary beginning text.

Every tagged node already has an invisible creation date property which is listed in the tag table and which can be queried. For this reason it may not be necessary for you to structure your notes in this way?
