Show a warning when deleting a page/block that is still referenced

I think it makes sense to add an option to show warning before deleting referenced nodes directly, because otherwise it could break the content on other pages.

RemNote has a different approach, where It warns you about "abandoned rems" (which means notes that have no backlink or other location except in search).
