When adding a new value to a multi-value property, it should be possible to scroll through the list of values. Currently, this is not possible, so for a very long list, we cannot scroll down to the Add Choice field.
Alternatively, it should be possible to add a new choice when we are selecting a property value to assign to a tagged node.
