Yes, the M4 Chip should be powerful enough for your needs, storage may need upgrading, but it depends on your use.

I want to use Adobe Premier pro and Adobe After effects at the same time.

I haven't used the M series macs but ive heard you don't need as much ram as you do with Windows PC because the unified memory operates diffrerently.
It has 1TB SSD. Is M4Pro a "good enough" chip a sweet spot? Ive actualy heard an M4 MAX is bad on a 14 inch form factor.
Yeah, it's pretty powerful, don't waste your money on a M5, the M4 is just as good.
