Static clicking sound when skipping through video or swiping to new use

Hello when i am listening to videos/music on youtube or tiktok i can hear this anoying clicking sound. i recorded my screen i can still hear it so i think its sofware issue. i have iphone 16 ios 26.0.1. any recomendation or did anyone else had same issue

This is only due to you skipping the video. Skipping the video means the waveform of the audio will change dramatically and abruptly, rather than gradually when you play the video normally, causing that "clicking" sound.

Because the audio is drastically changing from one waveform to another? It's an abrupt cut.

There's nothing wrong, that's just how audio playback works.

i mean it makes sense but i didnt noticed it before and with new airpods its super annoying

With AirPods being way closer to your ear, you can hear the changes in audio much easier.
