I have a three bar WiFi and it works on insta YouTube and any app , but when I try using google or safari it doesn’t work and solutions????

Try this, in order (quick and safe):

• Toggle Airplane Mode on/off. Then forget and rejoin the Wi-Fi (Settings → Wi-Fi → ⓘ → Forget This Network → rejoin).
• Temporarily disable VPN, ad-blocking apps, and iCloud Private Relay (Settings → Your name → iCloud → Private Relay).
• Set custom DNS on Wi-Fi: Settings → Wi-Fi → ⓘ → Configure DNS → Manual → Add 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 → Save. Test again.
• Reboot the router/modem. If you can, update its firmware.
• Test another device on the same Wi-Fi. If it also fails, it’s the network, not your phone.
• If your router has parental controls/filters (Circle, CleanBrowsing, OpenDNS, etc.), disable them briefly or whitelist the domain.

If none of that helps, it’s an ISP-side issue on the Wi-Fi network.
