so basically i accidentally left my airpod pro 2s in da laundry, and my airpods case no longer works if its not on a charger, am i able to get it fixed without apple care or get a replacement case?

Apple was selling a replacement AirPods Pro 2 MagSafe case, but with the release of the 3's, it appears they removed it. It's possible they could fix it (even without Apple Care), but I'm not sure. You can ask via a Apple Support chat, they would know better.
