Importing Health Data on Health

Heyy I want to import my old data from apple health to health, I previously reset my phone and I exported my health data before erasing my phone.

Apple Health is Health? I am confused. Did you restore your phone? Cause all the data should be there

Either way, I don't see an import option on my iPhone. I can check on my iPad later.

Hi, Before I reset my phone, I exported my health data file. Now that I’ve set up my phone again after the factory reset, I want to import that old health data back into the Health app

i think you’re out of luck with your exported file your best choice might be using a third party app to transfer that data into apple health

unless you have an icloud backup which would automatically transfer that data

based off of your icloud account and whether you loaded in a backup or not

no theres probably a way because from what i remember you have this ability to import precious health in files but the format it was exported in won’t work you have to convert it

you just have to use another app it’s just a suggestion really if you want to get that data back

as apple doesn’t offer the ability to import

i did research and i can’t find any other good alternatives im sure theres a way though they must limit it though because they don’t want to process all that information
