Alright, so i think it might have just been a server issue, but if you think it’s a used model, please try to check the body of the device for any scratches or marks, this may help you understand if it’s actually used

Body looks fine. Only problem I saw was screen getting fingerprints easily which I think is normal.
I can't create anymore new accounts. So is that really server issue when they're saying it was used to make many apple id?

Does your Mac say it has limited warranty or AppleCare in System Settings > General > AppleCare & Warranty?

Go to getsupport.apple.com in a web browser and then select Choose a product under See all products. Follow the steps - probably best if you selected Mac or Apple Account

Alright what should I tell them tho 😅 I think those resellers sold me used one which was used to create apple account which is pissing me off since it's not sealed. And if it's really server issue should I ask them for helping me make new account?
Alr maybe tell them, I am unable to sign in or sign up to my Apple account, because my device says that too many blah blah blah whatever the problem was. So please help me overcome this issue.

Interesting, maybe try making the account from the iPhone and then sign into that account onto your Mac. You could also create an account from the web at account.apple.com.
