Help with resotration of iphones

hey my uncle had a couple of iphones that he aquired as a lifegaurd, and their rule of thumb is after 3 months if no one claims them the lifegaurd that finds them gets to keep them. he gave me a couple of them and i dont know exactly since they have passwords on them hor to fully reset them so i can be able to open them and potentially run a find my iphone to potentailly return them how do i do that

There’s no real way to get passed activation lock - you’ll need to be able to contact the owner.
