so i have a problame on the 0.5x camera it stops and i tryed to reset all settings and its not working i have a problame on the camera by it self so its hardware but my problame is when the 0.5x stops it just stops the 1x portrait zoom and 3x is working but when you take the photo the blur behind the person i showen while you are on the camera but when you take the photo it doesnt show like you did take q normal photo not portrait can you help me please 13 Pro Max

I have a iphone 13 pro max and my camera on 0.5x zoom is stoped it doesnt work and its not showen while on camera just 1x and the 3x zoom but on the portrait mode the 1x zoom dont show just the 3x. Now if i tryed to take a photo with the portrait mode the blur show when im on the camera but when i take the photo it comes with out portrait (no blur behind person) . So my problame is how i can fix the portrait camera and make the zoom 1x work on it and the 0.5x cant be fixed it is a hardware problame but it cut the portrait camera when its stoped while the portrait can work normally because it have no connection to the 0.5x camera

there is no 0.5 in portrait mode. you can do this tho
