Find the small holes on the Beats. Take a soft brush with a small amount of isopropanol, then clean them.
In most cases, dust causes issues with ANC and Transparency Mode because the microphone handles both noise cancellation and transparency functions.

When i wear then intiially its fine but slowly they start making this whoosh sound as if the fan is on or its bright noise
