I have a 2 tb external hard drive and it says i only have about 600 gigs left of free space, however i calculated all my files and its only around 200 gb used.

A. You gave us almost no information
B. Your personal files and apps aren’t the only things on a drive, there are other things like the operating system(s)
C. If you have multiple partitions that’s also a huge factor
