What does your battery percentage say in Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging?
Don't follow the "80-20" rule. Plug your phone in whenever you can, especially overnight. Do not use low power mode.
You want to minimize the amount of battery cycles by plugging in. Set the 80% limit in battery health too. You want the phone to charge to the limit, and then remain on power so that it runs off of the external power instead of the battery. This is particularly important during the overnight when it needs to be on power, connected to WiFi and locked so that the ML & AI processing and indexing can run.
In the Battery graph, tap on "show activity" to see what processes were actually running. The percentages alone can be misleading. I'd tap on the tall bars in the graph as well to see the activity during those times.
