And to answer ur other question, with opencore legacy patcher and the new SSD, its gonna be able to run any macOS pretty good
I run sequoia on a 2011 iMac and it’s honestly not that bad after I replaced the drive

Theoretically should run, but you might wanna upgrade it to 8 or so if u want extra speed
But 4gb will be enough for simple tasks and stuff like that
