#PC front USB-C port not working

I got a prebuilt PC for my moms and dads house, they are both the exact same PC. At my dads house all the ports work, but at my moms, the front USB-C port doesn’t work, but the back does. When I plug my phone into the port, I get the error shown in the screenshot

Yeah if it's covered under warranty and you recently got it, I would replace it

I got it about 2months ago, I got it on October 21st. I don’t think it has ever worked

Well at that point I might try opening it up to see if something's wrong or disconnected or something
