Hi,

Essentially I've had issues with my wifi (anything over mobile data is completely fine) over the past year but i havent really though it was big deal as many of my apps still worked fine (and i was kinda too lazy to do anything about it).

An example of this would be google chrome, it no longer works on my internet. if try and load a webpage it either cannot connect or returns with the text (steam store would be the most recent example). I dont know why ive got this issue and why it only affects a small amount of apps but it is frustrating.

Examples are certain music software, chrome (as said before), emulated r2modman, and probably more. I havent got any suspicious login items, extentions or profiles, nor does it look like there is anything suspicious running on activity monitor (although i havent gone through every single program).

I have a 24 inch 2021 iMac m1 with 8 GB of memory. Somona 14.5

What do you recommend? I’ve tried restarting the router before. And if it was for the single device then the other users would have the issue too?

Is it your router, or like one supplied by your isp? This is kind of a weird one
