I forgot my password and i just got one more try but i dont want to lock my phone because of many important pictures, is there a way to get my pictures if they are not in the icloud?

First I would strongly advise you create a local backup of your phone with Finder or iTunes

You could also use third party softwares like IMazing
It can view the files on your device (if hopefully you’ve connected your device to it before and is now trusted )
