I have an iPad Air (5th generation) but forgot my Apple ID password. I am trying to reset my password in my iPad.
First step was to get code from my mobile number via SMS. This code I gave correctly. Then the next step was to enter iPad passcode. Gave that correctly as well. But am getting “Do not know passcode?” message response always. Please help. Any guidance will be really appreciated.

I tried that but the options available there are you reset password in your iPhone or iPad, reset password in others iPhone and reset password in apple service centre device.

I tried first two options, but ended by same “Do Not Know Your Passcode” screen after entering correct iPad password where my Apple ID is logged in.
