#Deciding between renewed Apple airpods pro 2 or Apple airpods 4

airpods pro 2 is the superior option no doubt
200 usd though, isn't that a bit overpriced for renewed?
ye that's what I was thinking
200 usd is quite close to brand new
it boils down to how much you value sound quality and anc
for me? 100%
but once again... it's a personal thing
if you don't commute often, and are planning to use it in quieter areas, you could choose to save the money
Airpods pro 2 anc is pretty darn good though
when I demoed them, it was rather similar to my wf-1000xm4
well is it loud in those two environments?
Anc is very helpful for me cause I want to hear only my music on the bus, or in the car.
ye, I don't use anc at the library either. Got my wired earbuds for that
Fit is another thing, pros get interchangeable eartips
The 4 might not even be comfortable for you, you'll have to try it out
ofc it does. You're wearing these things in your ears. The last thing you want is for it to be uncomfortable. I couldn't stand the feel of regular airpods. It's hard plastic pressing onto your ear canal.
Also, since there isn't a proper seal, you hear more ambient noise
I unfortunately can't vouch for those, never used em before.
only anc earbuds line I have experience with is the sony flagship wf series
I do remember using beat headphones?
the solo 3 I think
but the tuning wasn't to my taste
it's very hard for me to say tbh. As i've explained, I never used the airpods 4 or the beat studio plus.
On paper the beats are better?
I mean the airpods pro 2 are 190 usd rn?
that would be my definitive recommendation
I can actually vouch for this product unlike the other two
I'd rank them like this
*if beats studio buds + pricing is similar/identical to airpods 4
Airpods pro 2 >>> Beats studio buds >= Airpods 4
That complicates it more then.
My point still stands, I think the anc on the studio buds make it an overall superior package
how to I put it...
ANC is one of those things you can't live without once you actually use it
Similar to the 120hz vs 60hz debate
Yes, that's my conclusion after reading both spec sheets
the best solution would be ofc for you to somehow try both out at a shop, then come up with your own conclusion.
I do hope you enjoy your new earbuds 😄
It's alright, glad I could help
