I highly advise against doing that. It can damage the fan's internals and consequently other components.
I figure you're experiencing thermal throttling, that's why you want to do this? If that's the case, I'd rather lower the settings and have a working laptop on the long run.

Yeah, any third-party app is good, just don't do it very often because seriously, you might regret it.. 😅
Not with Macs, with gaming laptops and desktop builds.
