hey there people so uhm yeah i play minecraft on my mac and uhh lets just say i want the fans to be really loud without using any third party app any terminal shortcuts to do this???

I highly advise against doing that. It can damage the fan's internals and consequently other components.
I figure you're experiencing thermal throttling, that's why you want to do this? If that's the case, I'd rather lower the settings and have a working laptop on the long run.
