what device are you using?

in that case if you do know the app that caused it, go to your iphone storage and delete the app

(if its an important one, delete and install it again )

then you might have to force restart your device

press and release the volume up button, then press and release the volume down button , press and hold the side button, HOLD UNTIL YOU SEE THE APPLE LOGO APPEAR , then let go of the side button
