hello, I just got an iphone and recorded a 20gb video which I would like to transfer to my pc. I connected my phone to the pc with a cable and I got the popup "Trust this device" instead of "Trust this computer", the phone shows up in file explorer but says empty folder, and itunes doesn't see it

may be double check the cable connection...and if you are transferring media(photos and videos) to a windows...it is better to use Microsoft Photos app than iTunes

I checked connection, tried another port as well and it didn't change anything
as for the photos app, I have slight issues with the app in general but I'll try to update it
