When I try to download any app, it says I need to use my iPhone to sign into the App Store. When I click on sign in, the button just disappears and there’s no way to sign in please help I’ve done everything on apples website and both devices are on the latest updates and I already tried resetting

By reset, do you mean you did a factory reset or did you restart it?

You could try this. Unpair your Apple Watch, then delete the Watch app on your iPhone. Then reinstall it and repair your watch.

Or can you go to App Store on the watch itself, scroll to the bottom and click Account? Do you see your Apple ID there? If not, try signing in there. Ping here if this too doesn’t help.

It says not signed in, but I can’t click on it to sign in
