Probably try updating to macOS Sonoma 14.4.1. See if that helps fix anything.

#

I wouldn’t be too concerned over stability, I’ve been running macOS Sonoma since day 1 and it’s been good

@valid rapids

#

Cool, hopefully that helps

#

Oh.

#

Let me check something

#

Have you checked this link yet?

#

Hmm, not sure if it will work either but can you reinstall macOS?

#

If possible, try to do a Time Machine backup before hand

#

If this doesn’t work, next step would be to take it up with Apple.

#

It’s too new of a machine to have issues like this.

Ah

#

You could try that but it may use a lot of data

#

It’s probably something with the router that it doesn’t like

#

I’m not too sure, I don’t mess with the Wi-Fi protocol settings

#

If I find any info I’ll forward it over

#

No problem!

Hey @valid rapids , under Wi-Fi settings on your Mac, click on details under your Wi-Fi network. Then go under the hardware section. Is "Configure" set to automatic?

Ah

#

How's the reinstall going?

#

Ok cool

#

Based off what you have tried and what I have said, it just seems like it's up with the router

this is pretty much a dead giveaway that whatever issue you're running into is not gonna be your machine but rather whatever network equipment you're using at home

#

if it was a machine issue it would persist across multiple completely unrelated networks
