File problem (Not "other" file)

I recently decided to clear out my files on my mac and I realized that my "Other Users & Sharing" section of storage is taking up 74gb. The funny this is, I don't have other profiles and im not connect to an apple id. I think this problems originates from me not properly deleting my other profile's file when deleting the profile. I was wonder how I could delete these files to clear up more space?

I searched up some stuff and figured out that this may be the problem. I may have not clicked delete the home folder and I don't know how to atm
