To restart the watch, just hold the side button (not the crown, the long skinny one) until you see the power off, press and slide it until it’s off, wait like 10 seconds and then power it on with the same button long skinny side button until the Apple Logo is on, once it’s shows the Apple Logo, let go of it and let it power on
