Just got a replacement phone and when I try to enable iCloud Keychain it just kicks me back to main screen everytime. I was on the phone with Apple for two hours this morning and got no where. Has anyone had this issue?

if you have advanced data protection enables, you can try temporarily turning that off and then setting up iCloud keychain stuff
