That definitely looks fake. If there's any sort of sketchy/pirated apps on your computer, remove them using AppCleaner
Don't even just drag them to the trash, use AppCleaner to ensure all remnants of those apps are gone

Go to settings>passwords & accounts and under accounts check if there's an unknown calendar account
