Apple Watch 7 always setting the keyboard langage in US English instead of French Canadian

Hi,
I’m a French Canadian user who using an Apple Watch Series 7 and when someone is sending me a message, sometimes I’m using my watch to reply. The problem is the keyboard is always on the US English keyboard. Even if I set the keyboard in French Canadian, the next time I use the keyboard, it came into the US English one. Is there something I can do to always have the French Canadian keyboard first ? In the watch settings, nothing mention the keyboard so I’m very lost about this.
