Should I restore my iPhone 13 using the Restore button in iTunes or download an IPSW from IPSW.me?

Unless you're trying to downgrade from a beta, it doesn't really matter, although doing everything straight from iTunes is probably easier

If you are trying to downgrade from the beta though, I believe you have to download it from ipsw.me
