Hi my iMessage and FaceTime won’t work on sim. Did the usual restart. Forget settings etc. but the phone won’t select the phone number to add to iMessage. I did take out the sim ~ and ever since it’s giving grief.

I keep getting the turny circle but won’t select. Shall I just reinstall the whole damn lot ?

Nope normal sim. Even had Apple technical on the line they also stumped. We tried region settings. Time settings. Restart. On off. Etc. it’s so frustrating

It could be either your carrier but I suggest taking out your sim and putting it back in

Did that. 🙁 even called my carrier they said they can’t see an issue as my phone number is cleared for international roaming. Which is what apple tech support suggested
