I have a problem with my alarm when i put an alarm it doesn’t ring and I realize it didn’t when i wake up i touch my screen and i find the alarm screen and i can stop it or snooze it . I don’t know how to fix it , and if can’t can I return it ? I want an answer please

Just b/c you want an answer does not mean you're going to get one. But most likely, it was b/c the tone wasn't a tone that you can wake up to. Alarms override silent mode, so silent mode shouldn't matter. Did you have any focus modes or DND set up? Also is your phone up to date. Make sure your version of iOS is as up to date as possible.
