I have an ipod 2015 and the apple logo is constantly showing and dissapearing.

I tried to connect it to my macbook and restore the device but it didnt help. Has anyone advice

you could fix it by replacing the battery but thats almost impossible on an ipod

Boot looping isn’t a battery fault

It’s a problem with the motherboard

nope, if you dont charge a device for years the battery is faulty and cant provide enough power for the device to boot, happened many times on some of my devices

i encountered the same issue with ipad 2 that i tried booting up last year after 9 years.

you need to enter recovery mode

He said it happens when it’s on the charger too

after recovery, you need to update your device to the latest OS

which i guess would be iOS 9

once this is done, your ipod should boot up

just restoring may not work

watch this video, the iphone wasnt never used and therefore the battery was broken and even on the charger it wouldnt boot
