#Charging Times on MagSafe Duo?

that would depend heavily on what charger you use with it and what you currently have for your watch, it would split the power 50/50 if you charge both devices. if you use a 20w charger, assuming your phone is charging too, it would be slightly less than twice the speed of apples classic 5w USBA charger. but if your apple watch is already plugged into the new 20w chargers it would be about half the speed because its split between your phone and your watch
its just a case of doing the math between your current charger charging one device and halving the power of your new charger to account for charging 2 devices
the max speed of an iphone is 18w, but it would take 10w from your 20w charger and leave 10w for your watch. but your watch has a smaller battery so it would reach 100% faster leaving your phone with the full 18w to fill up
if its JUST your watch charging you wont notice a difference assuming your watch is plugged into a 20w charger anyway
i cant give exact times cos theres way too many factors, (battery health, starting percentages, temprature, software limits/power settings etc)
Yeah anyways I just found out the MagSafe duo doesn’t support fast charger for Apple Watch :/
I gave you an entire essay and that’s all you could say 🤣
