Purchased JoS on steam, switched to mobile and lost them. | Idle Slayer | Page 1

I purchased $9.99 and $4.99 jewel of souls yesterday (December 2nd) on steam. However when I switched to mobile, they all disappeared and I lost all of the JoS that I payed for.

I used the “save and exit” option when I closed the app on my computer, so I didn’t think there should be a problem. I’ve also done this when I’ve purchased JoS two other times, and I’ve never had this problem. Can anyone help me out?

I bought $4.99 more this morning to test it out and it worked when I switched over to mobile .
I would really appreciate if I could get the JoS I payed for that disappeared because I’m out $15 rn
