game crashes whenever i try to load my account

my little brother used my pc to mod my stats, and now my game crashes when i log into that account. is it possible to reset the save data on the account? I cant log out on my phone, so the app is permanently broken there which means i cannot use my new account unless the old account is gone. the issue spans both pc and ios.
