I am not getting any rubies or sapphires to spawn. Even when hitting boxes and getting buff to to increase chance. I have been away from the game for a long time and re-downloaded the game and came back, i did an Ultra Ascension yesterday. Today after working up levels I got the ruby quest completed and Rubies started to appear. Then all of a sudden they stopped appearing after the next Ascension.
Also, not getting any silver boxes as well, but see that has also been posted.
using Android. Deleted and reinstalled. Still no change.
