After ultra ascending - Permanent Quest trait is not working properly.
I have to complete the quest secuentialy to unlock the next ones. I think that what is intended here is to be able to unlock all quest without this need of going one by one (cause makes the game muuuch slower and it's a bit tiring being forced to complete some quests one more time to progress)
