Hello! I paid to have ads removed but it hasn’t worked. The payment went through and the google account used is the same as the email linked to the account, however the option to pay to remove ads is still there and ads play as normal.
I have the payment receipts etc to prove I paid but just wanted to know what the process is to correct this 😊

It comes up with the option to pay - to add context, I paid on a different phone that I logged into my account on, as my iphone is connected to my family plan so I can’t make payments, so paid through google play on a different phone 😊
On the phone I paid on, I get ads and it says “error duplicate purchase” or something like that. On the iphone I get ads and it just asks for payment
When the payment went through on the different phone, ads were removed and it was working. So I logged off and logged on the Iphone, thats when I noticed ads were still playing. Then I logged back on the other phone and then ads played there too and the error message began
