#Silver/Bonus stage boxes not appearing

Hello! I've had the game for a few weeks now and have been getting silver boxes at the usual interval until a little over a day ago. Out of nowhere, I no longer get silver boxes or bonus stage boxes at all. I don't have any active divinity, I don't have any silver boxes stacked, ran through all the troubleshooting and found nothing except other people having the same issue. Any way to fix this? It's really taken the fun out of the game. Appreciate your time!

Reinstslling might work, just don't forget to hsve a cloud save in game

I dont get them,too. Neighter on steam, nor on iOS. Since the update to version 6.4.5
