Hello! Yesterday I bought x50 souls for 4 minutes and immediately started the bonus level, I decided to minimize the game for a couple of seconds and the bonus disappeared. Also the MVS bonus disappeared. Below is a screenshot of the disappearance of the MVS bonus, I will lose the soul bonus, I was not successful in taking a screenshot.

unrelated to this bug but it's generally a bad idea to buy the soul boosts or coins, buy all the permanent items first

Same thing happened to me couple times. When we minimize the game, the oranges bonuses disappear quickly.
This situation also happened in the village. I thing it’s on purpose since we could be able to drink Sabrina special drink in the tavern, minimize for 1 hour and drink it until we get all the bonuses

Came here to report this bug. The ascension option for the bonus boxes in bonus levels gave me two boosts to coin value. I switched programs to answer a message, and came back to find them gone after only a second. Was very disappointed. 😦

This only happens once the in-game clock and the server clock are more than ten minutes apart.
Without buffs active, the clocks stay synced. The game is set up to prefer keeping the timed buffs but there is a limit.

I don't know why the times would be out of sync, but I can tell you it will happen with only seconds of focus being off the game.
