I switched from PC to Android mobile to make a Jewl of Soul purchase as purchasing is easier on mobile. Make the purchase and switched back to PC and the Jewels weren't there. I checked my phone again and they were not there. Checked my card and the charge shows up. What would be the next step in receiving the Jewels or a refund?
