i changed the screen thing to see what it would look like if it was small, after that i changed it back to normal i think and now the game has worse quality then before

Can you navigate to the Options Menu?
If so, is it currently Fullscreen?
Okay, just fixed it on my end.
What I did was:
0? Enter Windowed Mode
- Close, then open game
- Enter Options again.
- Choose a fullscreen resolution that isn't the one currently selected.
- Keep changing it until you find one that suits your monitor / is the one you had previously.
