The Jewels of Soul (JoS) menu can be unlocked by buying the "Jewels of Soul" upgrade in your Upgrades menu.

JoS may be purchased with real money. Alternatively, later in the game you will unlock the Crafting menu which enables you to craft the Diary and unlock Daily Quests. Daily Quests reward you with Dragon Eggs which can be cracked open through Crafting and can reward you JoS as well as other rewards.
