#How exactly does chest hunter work?

My question is regarding the chest hunting algorithm.

It's a difficult task to do a perfect chest hunt. The chances of success are smaller than the chances of failure.

So I ask: "Do the boxes have individual % or are the orders "pre-defined" when you start a chest hunt?"

Considering knowing where the Shield is and already receiving gold and soul when you find one of the two

For example, the box with % (values are assumptions)

I clicked on box 1:
This box has:

  • 25% chance of being a multiplier.
  • 25% chance of being gold and soul
  • 25% bonus chance x2.
  • 25% chance of being a mimic.

Example of "predefined":
When you start a chest hunt, all mimics, multipliers, x2, soul and gold are already shuffled into their defined positions.

Finally, the question is more about knowing if at some point when I click on a box it can "change" what it was before to be a mimic.

iirc when the ch spawns the 4 mimics are already in place randomly

all the chests could be changing after every single click and it still would be effectively the same thing, its just random, there's no gimmick or anything

All of the chest contents are determined when the game starts.
For example, if I enable x2x2 after the game has already started, there will still only be one x2 present.
