In a previous session, I logged into an account. When I tried to close the game, it gets stuck on the saving-to-cloud message, so I used task manager to kill the game.

Now I can't get the game to boot at all.

Windows 10 x64.

SOLVED: I tried deleting my local savefile. It still remembered my login and was able to download my cloud data.

UNSOLVED: After a few successful launches and closes (where the game actually naturally closed, not me killing it in the task manager), ... it did this thing again.
